Eligibility Criteria & Required Qualifications

• Professional License: Candidate must hold an active DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) License.
• Clinical Experience: Minimum recent 3 years of hands-on experience in Emergency and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings.

Work Locations & Rotation Details

The positions are distributed across high-priority ambulatory and industrial clinic setups:

• Location #1 (Onshore Clinics / Land, Sea, Air Ambulatory Service): Locations or areas situated on land such as industrial clinics, rigs, and first aid points in remote/far locations.
• Location #2 (Offshore Clinics / Land, Sea, Air Ambulatory Service): Areas situated in water bodies such as oil & gas fields, barge platforms, oil rig platforms, and islands.
• Rotation Cycle:
  • Onshore: 62 days' work & 28 days off at the site clinics.
  • Offshore: 62 days' work & 28 days off at the site clinics.

Selection Process

1. Initial shortlisting of submitted resumes/CVs based on eligibility and DOH license validation.
2. Technical and clinical assessment/interview for shortlisted nursing professionals.
3. Document verification and formal onboarding.
