3. Service Engineer - FLS: Experience in Maintenance of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting System, Central Battery, PAVA, VESDA

4. Service Engineer - BMS: Minimum 3 years' Experience in BMS, Service, Maintenance

5. Advanced Tech - BMS: Minimum 3 years' Experience in BMS, Service, Maintenance

6. Advanced Technician: Experience in Maintenance of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting System, Central Battery, PAVA, VESDA

7. Senior Technician - FLS: With Driving License; Experience in Maintenance of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting System, Central Battery, PAVA, VESDA

8. Service Engineer - ELV: Experience in Maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barriers, UPS, Bollard, Networking

9. Senior Technician - ELV: With Driving License; Experience in Maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barriers, UPS, Bollard, Networking

10. HSE Engineer: Graduate Engineer with NEBOSH certification

11. Team Leader - FLS: Experience in Civil Defense inspection handling, Good Client management skill, with Strong Communication Skills

12. Service Engineer: Experience in Maintenance of Mechanical Ventilation Systems

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: Graduate Engineer / Technical Certification (e.g., NEBOSH for HSE Engineer, Simplex Programming for FLS Engineer) based on role requirements

Experience: Relevant field experience in installation, service, or maintenance; Minimum 3 years for BMS roles

Licensing: Valid Driving License required for Senior Technician roles (FLS and ELV)

Key Skills: System programming, maintenance, civil defense inspection handling, and client management
