Eligibility Criteria & Candidate Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following criteria before attending the walk-in recruitment drive:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a valid ITI Certificate in the relevant trade (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning / HVAC).
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in high-rise towers in Dubai.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Selected AC Technicians will be engaged in day-to-day facilities management, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operating across high-rise residential and commercial towers managed by Al Fajer Facilities Management in Dubai.

Salary & Compensation

Remuneration for the AC Technician role will be offered as per company standards and industry norms, commensurate with the candidate's technical skills, qualifications, and past experience in high-rise building maintenance.
