Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Candidates interested in applying for the skilled trade openings must satisfy the following criteria:

• Must be an experienced UAE-based professional with proven hands-on technical background in oil & gas, marine, or heavy industrial fabrication environments.
• Demonstrated skill and competency in the respective trade applied for (welding, fabrication, rigging, or scaffolding).
• Must be available in the United Arab Emirates to attend the practical trade test in person before or on 5th September 2026.
• Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

Salary & Compensation

Salary: As per company norms / project-basis industry standards for qualified skilled trades.

Contract Duration: 3 to 6 Months (Temporary Manpower Requirement).

Selection & Trade Test Process

The recruitment selection relies on practical skill evaluation and document verification:

• Trade Test Assessment: Candidates are required to attend a hands-on practical trade test before or on Saturday, 5th September 2026.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Interviewees must bring their own safety gear and PPE for the practical assessment.
• Document Review: Verification of work experience, qualifications, and legal UAE documentation.
• Final Selection: Shortlisted technicians with immediate availability will be deployed on project assignment.
