Vacancy Details and Post-Wise Distribution

The Plant & Machinery Division requires technical personnel across five core operational categories:

• Senior Diesel Mechanic: 01 Post
• Diesel Mechanic: 02 Posts
• Senior Petrol Mechanic: 01 Post
• Petrol Mechanic: 01 Post
• Denter: 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria & Experience Requirements

Candidates must fulfill the specific technical qualifications and working background criteria outlined for each role:

1. Senior Diesel Mechanic

• Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional experience, preferably with GCC experience.
• Skill Requirements: Strong hands-on background in Plant & Machinery maintenance. Thorough knowledge of multiple brands of heavy equipment, vehicles, generators, and Earth moving equipment. Expertise in hydraulic systems and hydraulic repairs.

2. Diesel Mechanic

• Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience.
• Skill Requirements: Demonstrated experience working on diesel vehicles, including commercial vehicles, buses, and pickup trucks. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair capabilities.

3. Senior Petrol Mechanic

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Skill Requirements: Solid experience servicing multiple brands of petrol vehicles, passenger cars, and 1-ton pickup trucks. Sound knowledge of automotive electricals, mechanical troubleshooting, and modern diagnostic systems.

4. Petrol Mechanic

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Skill Requirements: Good operational knowledge of petrol vehicle maintenance, periodic servicing, fault finding, and mechanical troubleshooting.

5. Denter

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Skill Requirements: Practical expertise in denting, body panel realignment, and minor body repairs across various vehicle brands. Capability to handle vehicle body maintenance tasks independently.

Remuneration: Competitive salary based on technical expertise, previous GCC experience, and company standards.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of the following phases:
