• Special Requirement: Mandatory experience in swimming pools and sewage treatment plants

2. HVAC / Mechanical Engineer

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of Facility Management experience

3. Electrical Engineer

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience

4. MEP Engineer

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of Facility Management experience

5. Assistant MEP Engineer

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree\1919
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of MEP and Facility Management experience

6. Site Supervisor

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of Facility Management experience

7. Assistant Site Supervisor

• Qualification: Diploma
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
• Requirement: MEP and Facility Management background required

8. Electrical Technician

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of Facility Management experience

9. Mechanical Technician
