Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Candidates must fulfill the following essential qualifications and operational experience criteria to be eligible:

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant field experience in Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, or heavy Industrial projects.
• Practical Skill: Candidates must have direct, proven hands-on experience in their designated trade.
• Certifications: Possession of valid trade certificates, TPC (Third-Party Certification), or equivalent third-party verified qualifications is an added advantage.
• Safety Standards: Must strictly comply with on-site safety protocols, Permit to Work (PTW) procedures, lifting plans, and project specifications.
• Technical Knowledge: Sound practical knowledge of tools, equipment, materials handling, and safe work procedures related to the job role.
• Residency & Joining: Candidates holding a valid Qatar ID (QID) with immediate joining availability will receive priority.
