Eligibility Criteria & Minimum Requirements

Applicants must fulfill the following operational criteria to qualify for the position:

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in joinery, furniture manufacturing, and finishing work.
• Finishing & Painting: Hands-on experience in furniture polishing, spray painting, and colour mixing, including thorough knowledge of paint types, colour matching, and mixing techniques.
• Material Expertise: Strong working knowledge of wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, and related joinery materials.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
