Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Candidates must fulfill the designated technical qualifications and requisite experience criteria specified for each post:

1. Electrical Supervisor

• ITI Option: ITI in Electrical Trade with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of UAE experience.
• Diploma Option: Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) with at least 6 years of UAE experience.

2. Electrical Foreman

• Qualification: ITI in Electrical Trade or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of UAE experience.

Mandatory Project Experience

Applicants for both positions must possess verified work experience in high-rise / mid-rise building projects within the UAE.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities of Electrical Supervisor:

• Supervise electrical foremen and technical crews, efficiently allocating manpower and defining daily work targets.
• Coordinate electrical installation activities closely with site engineers and other MEP trades to guarantee materials, tools, and work fronts are prepared in advance.
• Monitor workforce productivity, standard of workmanship, and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Prepare completed electrical works and installations for stage inspections and consultant approvals.

Roles & Responsibilities of Electrical Foreman:

• Directly lead electricians and helper staff in conduit installation, trunking, cable tray setup, wire drawing, and cable-pulling works.
• Execute installations according to approved project drawings, verifying alignment, structural supports, fixings, and circuit identification.
• Carry out necessary rectification works, report daily site progress to superiors, and ensure safe working practices and housekeeping across job sites.
