• FMMA Mechanical Engineer: B.E. Mechanical with 7+ years of experience in Saudi; hands-on expertise in HVAC/MEP, technical reviews, guidance, reporting, and compliance with FM standards.
• FMMA Electrical Engineer: B.E. Electrical with 7+ years of experience in Saudi; background in electrical and extra low voltage, technical reviews, guidance, reporting, and compliance with FM standards.
• FMMA Civil Engineer: B.E. Civil with 7+ years of experience in Saudi; experience with building and infrastructure, technical reviews, guidance, reporting, and FM standards compliance.
• FMMA Agricultural / Landscaping Engineer: B.Sc. in Agriculture or Environmental Science with 7+ years of experience in landscape and agricultural maintenance.
• QHSE Specialist: NEBOSH/IOSH certified with 7+ years of experience in Saudi; expertise in risk assessments, quality audits, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Contract & Commercial Engineer: Degree in Finance or Business with 7+ years of experience in Saudi; skilled in invoice validation, IPA/IPC, and KPI & SLA compliance.
• QA&QC Engineer: 7+ years of experience; responsibility for QA/QC plans, quality audits, NCRs, and deliverable reviews.
• Soft Service Specialist: Degree in Hotel Management and BICSc certified with 7+ years of experience in cleaning, waste, and pest control management.
