Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualifications

1. For MEP Supervisor

• Qualification: Diploma or Degree in the relevant technical engineering field.
• Experience: Prior experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry is preferred.
• Driving License: Holding a valid driving license will be an added advantage.

2. For Technician & Trade Roles (VRF, HVAC, Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Mason, Painter)

• Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in the relevant technical trade/field.
• Experience: Prior practical experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry is preferred.
• Driving License: Valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.
• Visa Status Preference: Immediate joiners or candidates currently holding a visit visa or cancellation visa are preferred.

Selection Process

The recruitment is conducted through a direct Walk-In Interview process. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will undergo direct technical and face-to-face evaluations with the hiring team at the designated venue. Immediate joiners will be given priority consideration.
