Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

1. Senior Area Supervisor (Female) – Soft Services

• Experience: Relevant working experience in Facility Management / Soft Services.
• Skill Set: Hands-on experience in cleaning operations and team handling.
• Competencies: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Preference: Candidates with UAE experience and immediate joiners are preferred.

2. Project Supervisor (Male & Female) – Soft Services

• Experience: Strong supervisory experience with relevant project and site supervision background.
• Skill Set: Proven communication and team-management skills.
• Preference: Prior UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license will be preferred.

3. Technicians, Machine Operators, Cleaning Assistant Supervisors & Heavy Duty Drivers

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess an ITI, Diploma, or Degree in the relevant technical discipline/trade.
• Driving License: A valid driving license is an added advantage (mandatory for Heavy Duty Driver position).
• Industry Experience: Candidates with prior experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry will receive priority.
• Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates currently on a cancelled visa will be preferred.

Selection Process

The selection will be conducted directly through face-to-face personal and technical interviews during the walk-in session. Candidates will be evaluated based on trade knowledge, work experience, relevant certifications, and communication skills.
