Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following role-specific criteria before appearing for the walk-in interview:

Requirements for Riders

Driving License: Valid UAE Bike Driving License (Mandatory)

Visa Status: Valid Own Visa with a minimum of 6 months validity

Passport Validity: Valid Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity

Requirements for Runners

Visa Status: Valid Own Visa with a minimum of 6 months validity

Passport Validity: Valid Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity

Driving License: Not mandatory for runner positions

Work Standards & Expectations

Work Schedule: Six-day work week

Shift Hours: Minimum 10 hours daily shift

Performance Standard: Maintain required order acceptance rate
