REQUIRED Syncrolift is a Global Service Provider for equipment used for Docking/Un-docking of ships. Syncrolift HQ is in Norway, these positions will be employed by our UAE Service hub. We are looking for people with experience from shiplift facilities for supporting our operations in UAE and Saudi Arabia. ** Job Post – SUPERVISORS SHIPLIFT & TRANSFER SYSTEM ** ASSIGNMENTS – – Responsible for the complete delivery of a periodic inspection / customer service visit / Factory. – Acceptance Test at our customers or suppliers site. – Site Inspector is responsible for our own or subcontractors’ personnel at any time on site. – Local responsible for health, environment, and safety on site. – Administration of site records and reports. ** QUALIFICATIONS / PERSONALITY – – A qualified Mechanical engineer or similar with electrical / electronic general experience. – Relevant field experience on large structure installations and commissioning. – Understand technical drawings and installation manuals. – Hands-on and not afraid to pick up a tool yourself. – Fluency in written and oral English. – Good IT competence. – Self going, confident and good communication skills. – Decisive, open and direct leader. – Good to handle stress and thrive in a constantly changing day. All Applicants must possess a flexible attitude and be willing to work unsupervised. Should have previous experience in marine industries.
