Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes. Schedule, confirm, and update medical appointments. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Collect patient information and update medical records. Handle billing, payments, and insurance verification.
