Job Responsibilities

Accounts Executive

• Handle day to day accounting entries, invoicing and payment follow up.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics and warehouse team for billing and collections.
• Experience with UAE VAT, basic accounting software and MS Excel will be an advantage.

Light Vehicle Driver

• Deliver bottled water safely to customer locations as per daily schedule.
• Follow all UAE traffic rules and maintain the vehicle in clean condition.
• Assist in loading and unloading of water bottles whenever required.
• Good knowledge of Dubai routes and valid UAE driving license is required.

Van Sales Salesman

• Promote and sell Al Falaj drinking water products to existing and new customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by planning routes and visits.
• Collect payments, issue invoices and maintain proper records of sales.
• Build strong relationships with customers and handle any service related queries.

Forklift Driver

• Operate forklift safely for loading, unloading and stacking of water bottles in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper storage, stock arrangement and support daily dispatch activities.
• Perform basic inspection of forklift and report any maintenance issues.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations and valid forklift license is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates currently available in UAE are preferred for immediate joining.
• Applicants should have relevant experience in the same field, especially for Accounts and Sales roles.
• Basic English communication is required; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu will be an added advantage.
• Should be physically fit and willing to work in outdoor environment for delivery and sales positions.
