Key Responsibilities – Electrician

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, DB panels, lighting and small power circuits in buildings.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, replace faulty breakers, switches and wiring as per safety standards.
• Assist in installation, testing and commissioning of new electrical equipment when required.
• Follow company safety procedures, lockout and tagout practices during electrical work.

Key Responsibilities – HVAC Technician

• Perform routine maintenance of VRF, split AC, package units, AHUs and FCUs in commercial and residential facilities.
• Diagnose cooling complaints, gas leak issues, compressor problems and rectify within the shortest possible time.
• Carry out filter cleaning, coil washing, gas charging and replacement of faulty parts like fan motors and contactors.
• Maintain service reports and coordinate with the supervisor for material requirements and job completion updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as Electrician or HVAC Technician, preferably in facility management or building maintenance in the Gulf or home country.
• Good practical knowledge of troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for relevant trade.
• Ability to read basic electrical or HVAC diagrams and follow safety procedures at work.
