1. Housekeeping Team Leaders / Supervisors

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, assign, and inspect housekeeping tasks to meet cleanliness standards.
• Schedule staff shifts, manage replacements, and handle guest complaints.
• Train housekeeping staff and manage inventory, supplies, and stock orders.
• Support operations with hands-on cleaning during staff shortages.

Qualifications:

• High school/Diploma/Graduate with minimum 3 years hotel supervisory experience.
• Strong English communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Immediate Availability: Must be on a visit or cancelled visa and ready to join within 1–3 days.

2. Room Attendants

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish furniture.
• Update room status records and manage cleaning carts.

Qualifications:

• High school education or higher.
• Good English communication skills.
• Prior hotel housekeeping or guest service experience.
• Polite and professional attitude.
• Immediate Availability: Ready to join within 1–3 days.
