Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Candidates applying for the Warehouse Lead position should meet the following experience and skill requirements:

• Prior working experience in warehouse management, with preferred experience in supermarket or hypermarket operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) procedures, including MFD and EXP date validation.
• Solid understanding and implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory and picking methods.
• Proficiency in warehouse bin management using ABC / FIFO principles.
• Strong execution skills in order picking, dispatch timelines, and perishable temperature compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The selected Warehouse Lead will be entrusted with key operational tasks across multiple departments including Egg, Veg, Fish, Butchery, Food, and Non-Food categories:

• GRN with MFD/EXP Date Accuracy: Ensure all Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for perishable and non-perishable categories capture accurate manufacturing and expiry dates (99% target).
• FIFO Compliance: Monitor and ensure FIFO picking compliance across Egg, Veg, Fish, Butchery, Food, and Non-Food sections, maintaining regular daily and monthly reports (98% target).
• Bin Management: Organize and maintain perishable and general bins categorized by type and expiry date utilizing ABC/FIFO methodology (98% target).
• Pick to Dispatch Timeliness: Supervise supermarket orders to guarantee timely picking and dispatch within designated timeframes (0-2 target).
• Quality & Reporting Compliance: Continuously monitor storage temperatures, perform mandatory quality inspections, and submit daily perishable reports on schedule (100% target).
